At iMatrix, we are committed to providing excellent client support for all of our service tiers. We have a team of dedicated Client Support Coaches (CSCs) who are knowledgeable about not only our services, but also a variety of other web-based applications. You’ll find that our Client Support Coaches, while knowledgeable, are also extremely friendly as they strive to provide quick solutions to any request or issue.
Our iMatrix CSCs are available to coach clients to complete issues and learn how to use iControl and all the features of our services. Our staff can address a range of different topics, from formatting content for the website, adding images to web pages, developing new content, working through email assistance, optimizing for search engines, social media marketing, and much more. Our Client Support Coaches strive to have a friendly attitude, provide helpful solutions, and enable clients to learn how to use iMatrix services to the fullest potential.
Our Client Support team can be reached Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM PST. However, iSupport (our online support network) is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. iSupport hosts a range of instructional videos, how-to guides, and explanations of how to use our website tools and services. Additionally, iSupport enables you to submit a help ticket at any time. The tickets can be tracked and are handled by our CSCs during business hours. Each Client Support Coach is provided the latest tools and equipment to maximize their efficiency and ability to handle client requests. Every CSD has a high powered workstation with Dual 24” HD monitors and remote access tools to further improve the speed and quality of the overall client experience.
